All in all a good stay,But bathroom radiator didn’t work, I asked for heating to be turned up, but that never worked,Service on evening meal wasn’t very good, had to chase up a few things ,Food was very good but service let it down,Breakfast was good , but burnt toast and a few items mixed up, I think attention to detail is lacking a bit,But overall enjoyed our stay- S
Another excellent three nights at the hotel. Everything as good as ever, staff very pleasant and helpful. Restaurant great place to eat. Highly recommend a stay at the Black Horse. - Tony W
